How would you fix this?
fiberglass repair is fairly easy and any reputable body shop or boat repair facility can fix your piece. Good luck.- 65Tuxedo

What rear gear
Don't rule out a lower first gear, depending upon what trans you have now. I just went to a 3.09 from a 2.20. The difference is incredible.- 65Tuxedo
