I just got a brand new 2010 Dodge crew cab 1500, have never had a vehicle that wasn't at least a year old. Was just wondering if there is anything special I should be doing or not doing to break everything in? Oh ya it's got a hemi.
unfortunately i haven't been able to drive it much since gasket replacement, so you have a good point just have to see how it goes( hopefully goes away) you know how it goes when baby makes 3 and the 2 seater gets left in the garage more often.
thanks for your response, Mike
i have a small amount of smoke coming from passenger side of engine, looks like it is coming from under exhaust manifold. i believe that would be oil that has leaked onto manifold and is being burnt off when heated? have replaced valve cover gasket and rinsed engine off after to remove any...
hey thanks guys, the distributor sheild cover is still on my car so will put ground strap back on the proper stud. as for the grime under the egr, it is like dirt and oil mixed together. I have been thinking about removing all the emissions crap from engine. from what I understand I need to...

personally I would go with the in-floor hydronic heating. your floor stays dry and is comfortable to work on. your heat is even and system is efficient. you can go with an electric boiler(basically a mini hot water tank) or gas fired unit but this needs to be off the ground when in a garage...
