We have a stock TH350 in a '76 C3. We replaced the radiator with one from summit racing without the oil cooler. We then attached a B&M transmission cooler to the transmission and it flows well. Once the engine is running the fluid level is fine but as soon as we turn off the fluid level goes sky...

Thanks I will try the test but in the mean time I ordered a new Modulator and Coil from Summitt because in the Caribbean we dont have any parts dealers who carry Ignition parts . The parts should be in Antigua today .
Got Rid of 76 Ignition Gremlin!!!
:beer Thanks guys for all your help it was very much appreciated we did what you sugested we put a ground cable from the starter to the frame and it took care of the starting problem.
But now we are not getting any spark from the plugs we are thinking it...
I installed a new Battery and I will put a ground from the starter to the frame and see if that works. Will keep you posted . If any one has any other Ideas on what else I can try please let me know.
Headers will give you a boost in performance any way, so I will go with the headers. They might give you some horrors when it comes to bolting them up because some of them have the holes close to the pipes, just take a look and see if you can get a wrench on the bolt when you put it in the hole...
Changing the switch aint hard but alot of work. On my 76 I have to drop the steering column to get to the 2 bolts holding the switch in place on the column, cant get to it otherwise. Remove those two bolts holding the dimmer switch and ignition switch in place unplug and replace, do the reverse...

Does anyone know the difference between the 76' and 77' brake boosters? They have different part numbers. I have both but have to decide which one is best to use on my 77'. They both fit but just dont know why they have different part numbers.
