Cost to remove the rivets right above the head lights that popped up - on a 1972 corvette anybody have any idea? $$$$?

[IMG][IMG][IMG]My name is Christine and my husband Timothy We did a frame off on a 1972 corvette and after all done body work/painted the rivets right above the head lights popped up. Now I would like to have them removed anybody out there have any suggestion how to go about it? Thanks Tim
