Did it fix your problem? Mine throws this code 32 also only on interstate driving also even after I replaced the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid so I am chasing the same issue.
No lope just the miss. I can feel it in the steering wheel and it will burp or single miss bad ocassionally looking at the engine you can see the miss from the slight movement of the engine. With the timing light on the harmonic balancer my timing is very jumpy at times then it will be steady...

That broken line is coming from a main vacumn port off the throttle body and splits going to the valve down by your canister and the other one goes to your EGR valve switch which opens your EGR valve while running so it is important. The best bet is to buy some vacuum T's or Y's and some vacuum...
