Moving on from Corvette's for the moment and have sold my 91 ZR1.Had her for nearly 10 years and have had a great time. Only thing left is the genuine leather bag, Jacket and cap. Just want to know how rare and what would they be worth now?. It is a very limited market here in Australia. To the...
Well finally got the Z started with the key. For what its worth I ended up pulling the plug on the clutch start switch and connecting the purple wire from it to the powered yellow wire on the starter enable relay. Removed relay altogether. Started up straight away first time. :happyanim:Dont...
Hi Guys, thought you might like to have a look at some Downunder Corvettes. We have held our 25th Conention over Easter this year, its is also the 60th year of Corvette. We only had around 110 cars attend, but then there is not a lot of Vettes here anyway so thats not a bad roll up, some even...

When I turn on the aircon on my91 zr1 the engine idle is not increasing and if I roll to a stop at lights or such engine will stall. Is there some sort of pressure switch on the coolant line that is supposed to do this? :hb:beer
Also can you buy the clutch assembly only for the aircon unit as...
Thanks Hib, You have warned me about that before, And it doesnt happen often, just me being slow to change the gears. Not as fast with the reaction time as I used to be. cheers Ern.:beer

If you were to remove or have the secondry port butterflies open all the time , what would be the result, and would it do any damage to the engine in any way ?
Reason I ask is I replaced the secondry port solenoid only six months ago and has for some reason stopped working...
