an old post for the c4 tech forum ( 2011 ) has a discussion of remfg ecms available from gm.....
My dealer knows nothing about this, and didn't know anything in 2013 either....
Is there still a source for these ?
Depends on your driving...commuting or ?
I use my C5 six speed as a daily driver....MOST of the time its a joy...but if I had to do the 8am/5pm stop and go into the city.....it would be a bitch. My C4 ZR 1 would be the same....you really don't want to have to stir gears a couple of hours a...
You are right
In my conversations with the first owner, it was the clutch he referred to. Please bear with me on this as I wouldn't know a standard item from squat unless I'm forced to remove it and then start comparing what came out of the car, with its replacement....and also its been a long...

Something I should know...
I know you aren't selling these parts, and I know the 93-95s have bigger rear quarters, but what body parts (if any) from a 90-92 will fit the 93-95's ??
Maybe...sometimes you need to ''reverse engineer"
the way you think things out.
By that I mean....realistically, why would the less than 1500 93 through 95 cars significally decline much more in value, barring a recession.
Old cars in general, and special or limited production cars especially...
