Beautiful looking car, I am sure that there is a lot of pride in work. I just retired and will be starting to rebuild my 59, it has never been off the road but needs work. Its a project that I cant wait to start but also dreading the start of this project
I dont drive my '59 during the winter anymore, used to back in the 60-70's when it was my only car. I try to drive every weekend during the rest of the year. The 283 has been in since 1967 without a rebuild yet, its still as much fun to drive as it was back in 67.

I thought that the windshield and frame needed to come off the car inorder to replace the dash pad. My 59 still has the original pad it looks like crap but I have not changed it since I do not want to mess around with the windshield. I plan to restore the car in a couple of years
