Brakes That has been done twice by the shop, I was there when they did it. I keep thinking that is the problem. I had the owner of the dealership drive it and he suggested I check the forum. Thanks for your feedback. We will do it again.

I have a 1989 C4 that I need to pump the brakes to get a solid pedal. I have replaced the booster, front calipers rotors and pads, and stainless steel brake lines. The master cylinder does not leak. I have bled the brakes 3 times. I still have to pump the brakes 3 times to get a good peddle...

canister solenoid Thanks for your help. I just ordered a new cap from Mid America.

caister solenoid Do you know if this should be a vented gas cap or non-venting? They just informed me that there where different ones. They never asked me before.

canister purge solenoid It is a locking gas cap. If I blow on the inside it does not seem to vent. This is a new gas cap. I guess I could have gotten a bad one.

Could anyone give me some direction as to how to solve my displayed mileage problem. My indicator goes to 99 mpg right away, used to work fine. Is computation done in the ECM?
