When production was moved from St.Louis to Bowling Green, they did not ship a beat, no loss of any production at all as for one month both plants were producing the corvette. the only year the was "skipped" was 83 and the plants moved in 1981. The reason the 83 never made production was quality...

I am late to this thread, but car is still on ebay. The one thing I noticed is the CA plate on the car. a 1980 should have the blue with yellow numbers. so this car was not kept in CA the whole time, because in CA the plate stays with the car. SO I am willing to bet it is alot more miles on this...

Hi Kenny, Those were taken out at Busch wildlife area in St.Charles county. Depending on the weather next Thursday I am going to be running out to IL and a lake over there, I will have Camera handy again:thumb Mike.

The weather here sucked bad last night, big thunderstorms. I dont have a garage to park the Vette in and about midnight it started hailing:ugh All I could do was pray that it would not get any worse. Dime and Nickel sized hail, Thank goodness there is no damage:thumb Mike.
