Wire Connector EGR Temp
There is a plug at the end of a wire near the base of the distributor. It is way down. I had to get long forceps to reach and hold it to connect it.
The turn signal has a flasher located under the dash on the passenger side. You have to remove the panel on the bottom and hang upside down to get to it.
The courtesy lights has a circuit board that can fail.
You may have a grounding problem for the others.
Even with no check engine light, I would check for codes. You can find a how to do this on one of the threads.
87 octane fuel should not cause this. Bad gas or plugged fuel filter could contribute. What happens under full acceleration?
Won't Idle
I had a similar problem. I could get it to run once it was started by opening the throttle some. Originally it showed codes when tested then latter no codes.
Mine turned out to be a bad ECM. It is fairly easy to change and reasonable ($110 at Rockauto).
I suggest you check codes...
Leak
I can't see it the picture (nice engine) but I believe it would be attached to the small connection above the main inlet to the water pump.
The leak does not occur while running hot. I have allowed to reach operating temperature while idling on ramps and it dries up. I used dye and UV...
