It won't fit without a new hood, or scoop. The fuel rails don't work either. You'll also need a different fuel pressure regulator. Try putting studs on the upper plenum, it's way better to work on!! Use kept nute with the intergal washers, and it's a breeze.

If he's got a 90, it's a roller cam motor. If I'm not mistaken, that cam is a flat tappet. But I could be wrong.
