Needed new throttle body has BBK 58ML run beautiful suxs more air.

Hi all 1988 very high idle no vacum leaks new acv car well maintained shop I bring it to can't find anything wrong,maybe relays or computer prob? Car has 55k always garged runs great but when you come to slow down to stop can be harry lol cuz idle does not come down it stay at 1000rpm-1400 any Ideas out there?Ty
