It does have a very small hole in the hood beside the one headlight. about the size of a small bb. My body man said that is permanently fixable. Other than that the body is decent other than the nasty cracked paint and nasty interior. When I got it it was inspected ran like complete shit...

It was the ground right beside the driver side headlight. There are two grounds going to the same area and one of them goes to into the wire loom going to the headlight.. So I assume it was that one... I think the other ground wire just jumpers to another part of the chassis ground.. I...

Seems to me I had a bad ground... I loosened the ground tightened it back up and I'm back in business. Thanks a lot guys!
