I have decided to change the oil on my own instead of taking to the dealer. 2008 C6 with the LS3, says recommended Mobil 1 10W-30 oil and PF 48 filter any advice. I think holds 6 quarts.

Thanks I will check the lines, I did check the valves and I am able to open and close with my finger.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have Mild2Wild and when it stopped working (always open) I removed the Mild2Wild and replaced 10A fuse. The exhaust still will not close. Any help would be appreciated.
