Less than a year old. CARB approved with sticker. Bolt on 12 to 18 HP and torque gain. These headers have had the internal weld burrs removed for better flow and I have installed bolts on the downpipe flange similar to the stock manifolds. $750 shipped in U.S. Pictures on request. - C.

In order to use the 2001+ exhaust manifolds on your 99, you will have to change the air tube on the passenger side and replace the H pipe assembly with a 2001+ as well. Those manifolds are about two inches shorter than yours. – C.
