I have a 1995 Vin p. Vats is bypassed with resistor. Car starts and then dies after 3 seconds. Fuel pressure is 38 ton40 psi and doesn't drop I noticed that when I turn key to on position the security light is out. I crank and run engine, security light will flash and engine dies after 3 seconds...
