LS9... the apex of the pushrod engine

With the larger valve area of 4 valves, intake velocities drop, hurting low-RPM torque and fuel economy.

    The new C6 Z06 rims?

The Z06 wheels were already seen in the original spy shots.

Controversial : Should the RX8 have been a Vette?

The RX-8 is one of the few cars that, to me, actually looks worse in person than it does in photos.

    C6 Out in 2006?

The current official word from GM is that the C6 has been pushed back from Fall 2003 to Late Spring 2004 (as a 2005 model.) Of course, that could change in the future.

Re: Radar et al Bingo. The less your signature, the harder to pick you out. If you're the only car, then the effective range is lessened. (Nutshell? Where?)

    Titanium

Actually, no. I was the guy to the left of you--sleeping.

    Corsa X pipe

You'll gain (a slight bit of) weight as the Corsa is steel and the z06 exhaust is titanium alloy (unless Corsa is building them in titanium now.) I know a few people who have done before and after dynos and none of them saw a performance increase or decrease. What the X-Pipe will do, however...

    Best launching technique

    Titanium

Well, actually, pure titanium is actually weaker than steel. Titanium alloys are what you want. Of course, some forms of steel, such as maraging and 15-5, are stronger than the more common titanium alloys. Pure titanium (Ti) is brittle and weak with a strength of only 150 MPa and a Brinell...
