The 2 wires going into the motor...the one with the manual nob on top. When I tested the drivers side there it showed power...but didn't show any on the drivers side. txs

My passenger side headlight door dosn't open? Both headlights are on and when I use the tester on the driverside one it shows power going to it but my passenger side....when i put a tester on it... shows no power going to it? I am thinking a fuse and in my manual shows a fuse for it but I can't...
