You know, that raises a good question about the success of OnStar's theft recovery. I wonder if the car thieves of today already know how to disable OnStar prior to driving the car off of somebody's driveway? Tim

Thanks so much for sharing this information. This is very discouraging to say the least, I paid for OnStar in my wife's brand new car last year. GM really needs to be upfront with this info.
