I tend to believe it's ALL Corvettes. Reasoning: Mine (base) came off the line 8/24/15 with a number in the low 5000. Knowing total production for the year runs about 30-40k, monthly would be 2500-3500.
Considering model year 2016 startup running a bit slow...
Knowing that a new model year starts at 100,001 - and the VIN is 100,500 - does that mean it is the 500th of ALL Corvettes produced that year?
....or if the 5th digit is a G/H/J, does it mean that VIN 100,500 is the 500th Z51 produced that year?
