I plan to change out my calipers one at a time. The plan is remove one, install the new one and then bleed that one and move on to the next caliper.
Reading the blogs on bleeding the calipers, there seem to be a lot of people that have issues. I have changed calipers on other cars in the past...
I am considering upgrading to the sway bars on my 09 C6, I have the base suspension and I am looking at Eibach bars. Does anyone have any experience with them or upgrading the base bars to something else?
I want to remove 1 wheel at a time. What is the best way to jack up the car? Can I use the jacking pucks and lift 1 corner at a time, or do I have to jack using the points shown in the manual
I tried the relearn, still the same. In park its about 525-550 and then it will take a dip below 500 and come right back to 525-550 again. I will take it for a ride tomorrow and p[ut 50-75 mi on it and see what happen.
Thanks for the reply Tony
I installed a Blackwing intake system on my 09, now the idle speed is low and swings. I can only find info on the C5 idle relearn procedure. Does anyone have the procedure for the C6 LS3 engine
Thanks Tony
Blackwing system
I installed the BlackWing system tonight, not a bad project. I do have a question for you. Did you notice a change in your idle speed.Mine is now bouncing adound a little. More then it did with the stock system
I will keep you posted, I am still waiting for it! Seems like SLP made some modification to it and are waiting for the new parts. They told me that it should ship the last week of the month
I will let you know about the insatllation. I think the only true cold air system would have to get the air from outside the engine compartment. The SLP,K&N ect get the air from inside the compartment, but for me I am not ready to start cutting holes on my 09.
