According to the documentation in the Chevrolet shop manual for our year, the '81 should have an auxiliary electric fan behind the radiator. [Ref page 6B8-6B9 ]
Mine has not, and there are no tell-tales it ever had it.
Now, mine it from september 81, so one of the last of this model year.
My car is still in the paint shop and I need to know some detail how the finish ought to be.
The T-tops have a metal edge, which is Stainless Steel, I guess.
The paintshop is willing to remove this edge and prep the T-top without the metal edge and re-install after final paint.
