Question: Delaminated door panels on 97

I know this is a common problem but couldn't find what i am looking for in the archives. Is there any way to repair the panels? I've had no luck with restoration shops or upholstery shops in the area.

Like you, I've seen some things people have done to repair the panels, but can't find them either. It's a common problem and should be some type of repair.
