Question, :confused On my 1988 C4.. the springs on the Windshield Wipers are off (just hanging there).. How do you reinstall them.. I tried too... but they are pertty stiff and I was not able to pull them (I used a vise grip to hold and pull, tried a long rod) on !? Thanks.
