the stock chevy wheels are counter bored around the stud holes to allow clearance for the spring washers that hold the rotors in place. if your wheels don't have this they will not set flat on the hubs and will wobble
that is not the sebring race corvettes. i wonder if they will be able to run the direct injection cylinder heads they have on the daytona prototype ? i know the C-7 engine will have the direct injection heads. GM tried to run them several years ago but after corvette whipped up on the other...
if you don't want to spend the $$$ for thread chasers just take a new correct size bolt an file groves along the the threads on the bolt and use this the clean up the internal threads.
because GM tries to find a way to build the car at less cost. they do this all the time as i had a new 2000 impala with no problems but i bought a new 2004 impala and if not for the GM extended warranty it would have cost me thousands of $$$. the cars should get better as they go into the model...
Each kit includes two front and two rear bushings as well as urethane-specific lubricant. the lube is needed because after a while the bushings start to squeak
