There was no LT4 badge produced by GM or Chevrolet at any time.
Visit your friendly neighborhood Chevy dealer and ask the parts counter person to look up a part number. They do not exist.
These emblems were available for a little while from aftermarket sources.

The "LT4" equipped Vettes had no LT4 emblem of any kind on any part of the car.
All LT4 engines came with the "Grand Sport" throttle body plate. This fact has been a bone of contention for some Grand Sport owners. :crazy

Code 22 (voltage too low) is just that. Your battery voltage is too low.
The 160 counts of the IAC are too high. If the pintle is not moving out far enough (based on voltage being delivered to the valve), there is too much air being directed into the engine which is raising your idle speed...

If I may add some information?
Battery voltage with the engine running should be 13.8-14.4 volts. Too low and you will have issues, as John said. Too high and your battery will deteriorate very quickly. In plain English...
What I read said the '84 started being built on January 3, 1983 and delivery to customers started in March 1983.
So, more like a 1 1/2 year run.
