Well it turns out an Emergency Brake spring in the rear hub snapped and was causing that horrible noise in the rear. The spring was not rusted and I don't use the Emergency Brake, so go figure. I ordered the SS replacement kit for the Emergency Brake so hopefully this will not happen again.

I follow the directions on the Marvel container 8 oz to 20 gallons of gas and add 32 ox/20 gallons of Real Lead. So far, no more vapor lock.

Adding Marvel Mystery Oil to the gas raises the boiling point of E90 gasoline. Also, Tetra Ethyl Lead also increases the boiling point. I've added both to my gasoline. Jon
