OUCH - if you can't determine which is the positive/negative I wouldn't mess with it (with all the cpu's in that thing).
Go to your dealer and have them cut you a new key.
Didn't your car come with 2 fobs?
Those Red calipers of yours was a $595 option on the 2013 GS, but they just might be the reason why I chose my triple black over a Cyber gray. They really made the car "pop."
I contacted the National Corvette Museum and they provided me with the following information based on my VIN number:
"Below is the information received back from the Assembly Plant. The following is as close as they could narrow it down to.

That is one beautiful car! Congrats on the purchase and like others have said you're going to love it.
It's hard to beat that color combo - I would have considered that same combo but they didn't have one when I purchased mine.
Enjoy,

No, it is not the same as a battery charger, although there are some chargers out there that work like the tender where they shut down until the voltage on the battery gets to a point where they will turn back on.
You can get a good tender for about $80.00, or you can go to your local GM...
Sounds like a beauty and I can't wait to see the pictures. You have the same options as mine except mine ( 6 speed, dual mode exhaust, chrome GS wheels, red calipers ) is a triple black.

I've had to read the manual at least 3 times to see how the auto (it's easy) top down works so I should be...
Mine had an MSRP of ~$75K and I got it for $59K with the $3K rebate and dealer discounts.
I took the wife up to "look" at cars last February and on the way up she said to me "I know you're going to buy a car today......"
I seriously had no intention of buying one but I knew if I didn't make the...
Even the 436hp C6 will scare the sh*t out of you until those tires are nice and hot. Give it the gas coming out of a corner while the tires are cold and buythe time you straighten out (in nano seconds) you're thinking what the hell just happened - and that's with traction control ON.
I was referring to the discounts for the 2013's still in stock.
I've watched the incentives since I purchased mine and there hasn't been a time where I could have bought my car for less than what I paid - including my visit to a dealer looking at leftovers a couple of weeks back.
