How do I go about finding out how many cars were made with the same option package (triple black 3LT, red calipers, etc) as mine?
I know I've read about this on the site before but I can't find any posts.
I just had my window sticker laminated and it got me thinking.
Thanks in advance for any...
I absolutely love mine and so does the wife. It has everything you want in a vette; good looks, comfort, and it's VERY quick.
I miss the sound and style (Big Block hood with LT-1 stripes) of the LT-1 but for comfort and the "whole package," you can't beat the C6.
I'm sure C4/C5 specialist can help you with this issue. I saw him working on C5 targa roofs at Carlisle this year and he had a wealth of information. He (and his daughter?) put on an excellent exhibition regarding targa top care.
I thought the engineers did an outstanding job starting with their very impressive drive of 14 Corvettes onto the field through gate 3 - that was an awesome site this past Friday morning.
As a lot of people have stated in the past, the car kind of grows on you the more you see it. I really loved...
Welcome to the CAC. I purchased my 2013 triple black convertible from MacMulkin back in February. What a great buying experience and I absolutely LOVE this car - so will you!
CONGRATS!
That list should have been LOADED with Mopars - The GTX, Road Runners, Challengers, Cuda's, Chargers, and GM's Chevelle SS's, Camaro's, and another all time favorite of mine, the 442's.
The weather is warmer - I "already" have 550 miles or so on her but naturally no pictures - although a co-worker of mine snapped a couple so maybe I can post them (front/back photos). :)
I'm finding just the opposite with the young professionals these days. I work with one young Engineer who's dream is to one day own a Tessla (sp? they don't do anything for me - I saw one recently and thought it was a Lotus), and another who just purchased a Hemi Orange Challenger SRT8 that...
I'm averaging a little over 20 mpg on the highway but I definitely have a heavy foot on the gas pedal.
I'm still getting to know the car and I absolutely love it. It's fast, comfortable, and just a wonderful car. I only have
a few (300+) miles on it so we're still going through break-in.
I...
Thanks for posting - we drove to NH this past weekend and we got to a point where I would have sworn the heater was on. Thankfully this car has air conditioning (LT-1 didn't) and we were able to keep cool. I was surprised at how hot it got - I wasn't expecting that out of a new vette.
