If it's in REALLY nice condition, I would say that's a VERY reasonable price. I sold my '71 LT-1 coupe for similar ( a "bit" lower than that - $40K) last spring - mine was in outstanding condition but the 1970 LT-1 will command more $$ if it's in pristine condition.

You're right on Tuna, a young friend of mine absolutely loves vettes, but when I showed him a picture of the car I'd like to purchase (C6 GS) he told me he liked everything but the chrome wheels! How can you not love chrome!!:)
