put the 3 back in tight, this will help take pressure off the stuck bolt....get some pb blaster and spray on it...a few whacks with a hammer on the head of the bolt, tighten it a bit to move it and back it out. ~Chas:cool

In my '73 there are 4 bolts holding the seat down at each corner of the frame....3 you can remove from the inside of the car, and 1 is done thru access holes in the frame from under the car. the rear outer botl is the frame bolt. it helps to remove the tops when its time to life them out. Maybe Vettehead Mikey can help.... The way i heard it was that the 73 grill and plate holder were both delivered and it was the dealer that put on what the state law provided, then pitched the other... many parts are not reproduced for the 73 as it has many parts that were only to that year...
