at any rate unless someone is looking to scrap an 82,you may be SOL.

check the blower motor.remove it and try it with a couple of jumper wires to a battery to see how well it works
check in where the blower sit and make sure the critters haven't made a home in there.
check your grounds to make sure they are good.

1st.fan switch...check you fuse make sure it hasn't corroded.
Otherwise you switch is most likely going bad.
2nd tranny leak chances are you pan bolts have overtightened and are no longer even with the pans surface they probably have been pushed up a little and it is having a hard time...

Fwiw,there maybe no title.around that time,the registration was the title.check with your DMV.if there open or look on there website to see if it needs one

Wow! a 69!the plate in the drivers door jamb should be the trim plate.
I'm not sure where the Vin# is located.I always thought it was located in front dash at the rt corner of the windshield.
if the numbers on the block,are the same as the last 6(?) on the VIN it...
