Hi Bob, I haven't seen a C5 with a wind screen but do see them occasionally on the C6. As you would expect, they are not my cup of tea, but I have heard some wives think they make a difference. Can't attest to it, though. ;) Elaine

I have had Borla Stingers on a C5 6-speed, as well as on two C6 6-speeds. Love them! I am not a fan of Corsa. No insults intended, but I think they sound like a motorboat. It's all a matter of taste, though, as there are a lot of them out there! Elaine

I live in Massachusetts. We have a 2011 Callaway convertible which runs with no front plate (inside car). We also have a 2005 convertible. I have a remote control front plate system. I've attached pictures of the before and after. It works well. The plate is always in the down position...

I agree...keep looking. As someone already said, they're calling it a 5-speed automatic. They don't know Corvettes at all. I can see that it is not a 3LT. That puts it down in price because it has less options. The mirror thing is a concern to me. Regardless, there are many other Corvettes...
