    Here We Go Again

Yup signs of a low battery. With those cold temps its hard to say if the battery is going bad. If you do have to replace it make sure to get the correct size. If I remember Paul correctly from the Mid America show it's a 78 series?

    Intermittent TPMS Sensor

If its the original TPMS that was on the car you are at the ten year mark which is just about the life of the battery. I think most are lasting about 8-10 years.

SJB nailed it. The sensors do not activate until they start spinning which is around 15mph.

    They Just Look Better Lowered

Humm this one looks weird. Looking from the top of the wheel well to the tire it looks lowered but if you look at the ground to the undercarriage it doesn't. Even the front air "thingy" looks higher that normal.

Help! How to open headlamp stuck down w/ stripped gear

Have you tried pulling up on the front of the light while turning the knob? This should help engage a good gear on the worm gear to raise the light.

    Dic

I'm not sure if you can see anything but the rubber reset button will just pull out. It could be the connection to that pod on the back of the instrument cluster. Unfortunately to check it you have to pull the instrument cluster out which isn't hard but you do have to take the center console out...
