    No benefit at all - unless you plan on changing fan settings. The 160 does nothing to limit how high temps can go until fans come on.

    Well.....keep in mind that almost any vette with less than 10,000 miles is pretty much a collectors car and probably will appreciate. Any more miles and it's considered a driver. Mine has 31,000 and Roger's price on a 96 LT4 coupe with similar miles was about what I think mine is worth...

    I checked with the friend and he does not recall. I think you can look online and find plenty of choices. I bought my LT4 600 miles away, flewthere, and drove it home. It will cost you less and be a hoot. JCS44

    I have a friend who bought a car from a dealer in Houston on ebay and had it shipped to Huntsville, AL. No problems. The transporter probably won't come to your door - you'll have to meet it at some big parking lot nearby.

    Not worth changin in my opinion. I had a 160 on my 95 LT1 and all it did was run cooler when it was cooler outside. I have also seen a msg string some time back that talked about running too cool where toxic by-products don't get burned off unless temps stay at 185 or above. JCS44

    Tell you what though, that passive keyless entry can be a real pain, Like if you're working anywhere near the car and you have that FOB in your pocket, those doors are constantly opening and relocking. I have disabled for just that reason and I don't miss it a bit.

    Here's something to try. There's a product you can get at an auto parts store that's some blue sticky stuff (I've forgotten the name of it)you spray on the back of the pads (after you clean the backs). This keeps the pads from moving and squeaking against the calipers. It helped on my 95 LT1...
