How did you rig the thing up for ventilation? Wouldn't electric fans and paint fumes be a bad thing?
Came out nice though! I have a garage so probably wouln't be hard. Downside is how bad does the paint fumes smell? I really don't want to piss the neighbors off.
Have any of you made a makeshift paint booth and painted your cars yourself? I've decided on painting my car white on top and silver on the bottom. I figure white as they say is the easiest color to do.
So this evercoat is a good builder and sealer? I should probably grind into the seam...
when a vette is down to its bare fiberglass is it a major hassle to repaint it or because it's press molded does it just require a thick filler/sealer primer. I don't see loose strands of glass and only minor body work is needed on my car. taking it down to bare glass should give me a better...
My friend put a set of zr1 wheels and new tires on his 1990. He now wants to sell his other set they are chrome wheels but are peeling but the tires have probably 80% tread. He wants 300 for everything. I will try and get some pictures of them. I do know the tires have never been repaired but...
I need to replace my motors and that coil spring looking thing on my regulators. But while looking at things, there seems to be no way to remove the whole regulator or am I missing something here.
whats the secret to get it out?
haha if you think a 180hp LG-4 is bad try a 145hp LG-4 with 273 gears LOL. I've owed one and it can be outrun on foot and lacks the ability to spin its tires on glare ice.

what were the steps for paint build up from where your car was down to bare glass? I thought about making a in garage both to start my body work and prepping it for paint.
don't forget the gas tank to LOL. It will be easier for you to fix your birdcage and buy a vert rear decklid and bond it onto your 1980 then to make everything frpm your 80 to work on a 74-75 body.
73 was a steele rear bumper so if you manage to get your 80 rear bumper to mount that I wanna...
well if the noid light flashes then the injectors will pulse and you should get fuel.
check the crk fuse. I think if the ecm doesnt see a pulse signal from the ignition module the injectors wont fire either.
the ecm grounds them. if they grounded from contacting the intake they would open when they weren't supposed to.
tpi is batch fire so you only need to use your noid light on one injector plug from each back to see if all of them have power and a ground signal from ecm.
I say put this wagoner in a fine chevy automobile and give him a taste of the shakes rattles and recalls we have been subjected to. Then ask him why he thinks gm is bankrupt
