I have an 88 with sport seats. I have found the thread explaining the Bladder replacement.But before I start on that I have a question? I do not hear the pump run when I hit the switch.Even if the bladders are blown shouldn't I be able to hear the bladder? Thanks in advance for the help.

Do they have the roof problem fixed or is it ongoing? How about the rear end howl?The reason I ask is I hate going back to the dealer for anything!

That is a good point,but I like my C-4 to much to run it in the ground.And it would to hard to find another one like it.:)

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A NICE C-2 COUPE! I want a numbers and date matching original car...I want a nice coupe with documentation, low miles, and some options. I want factory air for sure! If you have one or know of one let me know.:)

I am thinking about a new 08. I wanted to know what are some of the problems that they have with the C-6'S and have they corrected them?:)

I agree, I like driving a C-4 better than any I have driven. We had a C-5 for awhile and I like my 88 better than that. I have not driven a C-6, I don't know that I will, don't care much for them.

I will agree about the driving a C-2 OR C-3. What a difference when I go from my 69 to my 88. I like them both but the 88 is alot more fun to drive.I really like C-4'S THEY ARE EASY TO WORK ON WITH THE TILT HOOD. And what a good handling car.

Nelson I agree with you hold onto them. I do not agree with you on the parts availability part though. There are a lot of parts that are no longer available, and some of the more expensive parts will never be repoped.You can get a lot of the parts used right now but what about 5 or 10 years down...

I think that C-4'S will rise in price slowly. All of the C-3'S are going up now, you can't hardly touch a steel bumper. The C-2's have gotten so high that it a natural that the others will follow.The Europeans are into 84's, so as these get collected up I think the following years will do well...

I agree with Gregg Gore.I think if you keep them original, and clean and keep the miles off them as well they will appreciate quite nicely.they are a very unique automobile.

I have an 88 I bought with 10k on it. It does not have Bilstiens on it and I am the second owner. It still had the original air and fuel filter on it when I got it so i'm sure the shocks were not changed. Besides the shocks have the little stickers with the G.M. part # on them. I know mine did...

Nice Grand Sport !! I have an 88 vert with 12k on it. I have had it flight judged twice and I have Top Flighted both times.The car is absolutely like new. I love the car,and plan on keeping it.The only thing I do not like about it is getting in and out of it.But once in what a ride!

If the wheel and tire are in Excellant shape I would say around $500.00.Is the wheel rusty? If so clean it up and paint it .Does the tire hold air? If not try to plug it.I don't think you will have any trouble selling it.

Ken,Iwould get the car as correct as possible. Then get it chapter judged.Then take it to Marlboro Mass. for the National.That national meet starts July 21st. You have plenty of time to do both.You must have it judged by your chapter or at a regional before you go to the National. Hope this helps.
