3931063 is the casting number of a cylinder head, not an engine VIN derivative. The numbers you're looking for will be stamped (not cast) into a small rectangular surface on the engine block in front of and below the passenger side cylinder head.i
20 more HP would be almost a 10% increase. No aftermarket intake can do that. I'd expect more in the area of 2-5HP increase. Buy the intake for looks, not performance.

The car weighs about 3500 pounds. A typical battery weighs about 40 lbs or just over 1/100th of the total vehicle weight. Placing it one side or the other of the centre of the car would make little practical difference.

In digging through my notes, I've found that not only is the stock 3/4" bar no longer available, but the 7/8" bars are long gone also. Lack of demand apparently.

That looks like an aftermarket rotor. I've not been impressed with the quality of many pieces I've seen over the years. Since this component and the cap do not contribute to performance, I'd stick with OEM stuff.
