Is there something I can do to minimze it?

I put an aftermarket exhaust system (billy boat Rt.66) on my 08 LS3. The problem is I sometime get this droaning sound at low RPM's when cruising. It actually is uncomfortable to my ears and can be rather load inside the car. Does anyone know why it makes that sound and if there's a fix. Thanks
