Why wait? A C4 would be much less money and you won't have to wait two years to afford one. They are one of the best buys in used sports cars. Keep it nice and trade up in a couple of years if you still want a C5.

Yes it is true. It is quicker than your Vette. $80 grand does get him some bragging rights. On a road course my money is on your Vette. The new Z06 will eat its lunch. Also if you put a supercharger on your vette you'll take him too. Besides, his car is still just a big ugly sedan. Who cares...
