Hopefully that wasn't the only reason you bought the car... Should have been there by now. Have you tried the Chevy Customer Service Number in your owners manual? Also, sending in your paperwork, gets yo a 1 yr. membership to the National Corvette Museum. They'll send a magazine, too.

Look again at how a TPI draws air. It is from a louvered lid inside the engine compartment. If you can block that with snow, you have bigger problems. An 84 Corvette draws air from the pressure area near the top of the radiator and the sealed ductwork.
