Never give up. Mine got put on the back burner again. it looks as if I will not work on mine again until next year due cash flow problems. My wife says it is because I ordered that 2009 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic last week... :L

Same here on the floor drains Bob.
It costs almost as much to put a floor drain system in and maintain it as the building costs anymore. I ended up with a drop of 1 inch for every 10 ft. of floor, and yes I have a new squeegee too... :L
I am no expert but it looks to me like it might have a clear coat paint on it?
Is it in the pain or the fiberglass. I have never seen fiber spider like that.
