    Question: Full Tank/Fuel Filter Change??

That is why I suggested the 16-20mm crow foot flare nut wrenches--so he doesn't round off the fittings. It's always better to use the right wrenches the first time, that avoids the problems you had with the "bunged up edges." Even plain flare nut wrenches would be another choice, but having...

LT4 plug wires B17Crew--I saved my old set, and if you want, you can use them for judging. They ohm better than the new set I bought. LT4 LT4 Plug wires...

The wires are red, and the boots are black, the two cylinders # 6 # 8, have straight boots on them, all the others are 90 degree boots. They fit perfectly when placed in the holders on the engine. They DO NOT have the cyl numbers on each wire, so you have to match them up according to length...

    LT4 LT4 Plug wires...

LT4 plug wires The replacement wires from Delco are red, but they are not numbered like the originals were. The Partsladi has them for about $115. Oh yeah, the ones they sent me were dated 3rd quarter of '95! I ohmed the new ones, and they had MORE resistance than the old ones I took off!

I just changed out my factory installed battery.

Factory installed Batteries We got 11 years from the Factory Battery in the wife's '81 Corvette. I'm on the third Delco in the '96 LT4! I notice that the new GM cars are now top terminal batteries. I wonder if they are made to last as long as the side terminal batteries?

not made for the cold weather

K05-Engine Block Heater I have had an engine block heater in every car [7] since my '79 Impala. It is the greatest thing since sliced bread! When the heater is hooked up, even at -20, I drive about 1/2 mile and the heat is coming out of the heater. It always starts, and takes much less time to...
