BLUBYU, you need to find a good paint guy that can wet sand your car without going throgh the clear coat. I think that it would save your factory paint job and if done right will leave a brillant finish.

BLUBYU, have you considered color sanding? You may not need to repaint and much cheaper. Just my $.02.

I run BFG's Comp T/A KDW's on all my cars, my Z has the KDW2's on it. I find that they are better on wet surfaces, they give better ride, grip better on corners and they are quieter. Of course this all my opinion. I drove the Z to California and back a couple years ago and loved it. :Steer:pat

Hello Bonnell, I have one in my 04 Z06 w/ Borla exhaust. I think that it does reduce some of the interior drone caused by the exhaust. Don't know if this helps or answers your question. ;shrug

I have to agree with everyone, I don't believe that I will ever own a corvette any newer than I presently own. As for dealers, I have never taken one of my GM cars to a dealer where it did not come back with something damaged or wrong. I try to avoid a dealer at all cost.
