Hey John..I hear ya!!!
Will be interesting to see what happens in April at Carlisle. They have a new thing this year at the new Civic Center....Car Auctions...lets see if the prices their as well skyrocket...
Lance...Is their a rundown yet on the cars that will be available for auction?
Andy
Morning Guys.
While the BJ auction is neat to watch....some of the prices are as we all know quite unrealistic. One car that passed the block yesterday , the original #2 Greenwood GTO with only a few thousand miles on a frame off only sold for $50,000.00. Granted, thats good cash...BUT folks...
Be wary of the brakes. When I dropped my muffler on route 202, their is a local guy here in kennett square..called Clydes towing. he did a FIRST CLASS job...has a nice outift etc..Ran me $125.00......I would feel very comforable using him...just an fyi.....I wouldn't drive it home....
Andy
Hey Bud...This guy get back to u yet? I got the feeling when I met him they were anxious to get this OUTTA here...Let me know. If u do buy it, give me a call. Be glad to help

My '79 has a tilt/telescoping column. I am trying to locate an aftermarket distributor (not the Corvette Centrals, Mid America's of the world) who offer an aftermarket direct bolt on steering wheel.
So far, THEE only one I can find is GRANT. They make model numbers 791,794 and 795. I was told...
See Bud..It's time to see what the Custom world is like..Like I've told ya..all of us have a little custom guy inside of us , screaming to get out..NOW's your chance. Maybe I can pop on over and put some vert doors on this baby like the Beast!!
Yuk..Yuk..Yuk..
One other thing about this car is that it was serviced by a place here in pennsylvania known as County Corvette. They have a decent reputation in the area for their expertise in vettes...prices are a bit high, but as far as knowledge base goes, they are top notch. Since the car had been serviced...
Morning......Very nice looking ride....If you can shoot me an email to c3sharkattack@yahoo.com I can attach a pic or so and a detailed description of the emblem.
Thanks..
Andy

Hi MArk.....You know, I have heard the "negative" issue before, but I myself have never seen it..I live about 15 minutes from them and visit their shop a few times a year. They are nothing but friendly towards me. I do not believe it is an issue that would prevent me from buying a car from...
Mark...Try County Corvette in West chester......They are priced a bit high, but do dynamite work....Some negative press about them, but not for their cars or mechanical ability, just that they aren't as customer friendly as some folks would like. Good Luck.

I can't believe I am having this many problems pulling this wheel off.....Some folks said, only a few screw to take off, others have called it a major job..I'm stuck somehwere in between...
I have removed my 1979 steering wheel. Their is one pice left which looks like a locking hub. I have a new MOMO hub and wheel that I want to install. I have tried 2 different wheel pullers with no luck. Any ideas or even directing me to the exact puller that I need to buy would be MOST...
