Check your wastegate with a vacuum gauge and see if it will hold vacuum. If not, it's gone. I had an overboost problem and my mechanic pinpointed it in 10 minutes with the guage. Also, you don't want to manually adjust the microfueler unless you are on a dyno and are monitoring your A/F ratio...
