I think I heard mine say the same thing to me when I went out to the garage to warm her up; I was wondering why there were tracks in the snow leading up to the garage, where was your car Saturday night? :L
Thanks for the info, my 6-speed doesn't shift as nice as one of my new cars and I just thought it was because of the cars age. If you don't mind me asking, what did it cost you to have the clutch slave replaced?
Welcome and congrats on your new family member! Oh, good year too. ;)
I've seen replacement hardward at Mid America that's not too expensive, and the good people on this website has been so helpful to me, I bet someone can tell you how to replace it.
Put a trailer hitch on that thing, hook up a trailer with Corvette Showcar on it, kind of makes me feel better about the trailering the showcar to Carlisle. :)
This is not exactly what you requested but at least it gives you some idea of the contrast of having red carpeting and a black seat.... Personally I like the look.
That’s a cool coincidence; I used to live in Stoneham, MA. I now live off of Church St. down past the Sheetz.
I’m sure that I remember your Vette tooling around Thurmont, but I’m absolutely sure about your friends Tweety, that one really stands out. I’ll make sure that if I see him I’ll say...
Database update: I've finished creating the table of options from 84-90, man it is interesting how the options changed over the years.
In a few more days I'll have the 91-96 table finished and that's when I get my programing friends involved.
Cross your fingers and maybe in a month or two...
Can't beat brains and beauty, I'm sorry I can't say the same about myself; on ether case :L Thanks to good people like you, I'm catching on...
I looked it up and it doesn't mention any luggage rack, ether in the Option Data or in the MVMAS Summery of specs and options. Maybe that was a dealer...
I was thinking the very same thing when I asked the question in the other thread, and you gave a great example.
Maybe when I get this database worked out, it could be used as the offical C4 register, if there is not one already around.
Very Cool XLR8 thanks for the reference, I'll go check it out. I too purchased the Cor-vette Specs and noticed that it had a better breakdown of options than were quoted from the Black book mentioned here in this thread.
Thank again for getting with your mathematician friend and have her check...
Yes, in October a train runs from DC to Thurmont for ColorFest then heads on a scenic route through the mountains.
There are many B&B through out Thurmont and the mountains, since I live up here I haven't had the need to see how they are. Theres is one intown called "The Cinnamon House" that...
You betcha, if I came into the money the house would be paid for, my 1989 would be totally perfetified and I would have a matching C6 convertible parked next to it in a new 4 car garage. Ah, the dreams you can have when your snowed in…:crazy
I currently live in a blizzard, but when the snow...
The leather looks practically new except for fine scratches that must have come from the previous owner's rings. :confused
I figured that with a little black shoe polish and some wax it might be a good touch up. I’m thankful for all of your suggestions, I'm off to check them out.:D
