I have always thought the CD portion of the Bose system in my C5 sounded much better than the radio.
The AM radio reception is terrible - and the FM reception / sound just isn't that good.
You should post the dealer information so other Corvette owners can stay away from that dealership.
I would not return to that dealership for service.

Chevrolet eliminated the need for an external oil cooler on the LS1 engine in the C5 due to the superior heat disipating properties of approved synthetic oil.

GM / Chevrolet has dealt with this issue repeatedly, first with a "satisfaction" campaign, then a safety recall that has been modified/updated repeatedly.
