I'm having a hard time picturing how the a/c got in the way when putting your headers in. Are you talking about the compressor? Any other points taken while doing this project?

A previous thread somebody mentioned that I might not need to remove the engine if I were to install headers in the Vette. Is that true? Do you just slip them in from the bottom?

My buddy Just took off a pair of nice headers off his lowrider ('66 Impala). He said I'm welcome to have them. But he didn't know too much about them, so before I rip out my engine how can I find out if they'll fit in my Vette? Thanks!
